- Nicky is the Seuga (Pasifika) Service Development Manager at Aviva
- Nicky has had years of experiences working in the Alcohol & Drug sector, Family Violence and particularly working with men
- He was the therapist behind ‘She’s Not Your Rehab’ campaign
- Nicky led a ‘Pasifika Awareness of Children’s Safety from Sexual Violence’ – July 2023-June 2024, delivering Sexual Violenc Workships within the Pasifika Community
- Nicky founded, and the Senior minister of Pacific Transformational Ministries 7 years ago, a multiculture Christian fellowship in Christchurch
- Alisi is a social worker in the Aviva Sexual Violence Team
